Our FREE sample is a good way to understand the subtleties of 360 feedback. Here is how it works. Choose a person to be the focus of the FREE sample. This person could be you or any leader in your organization. To get started, a list of seven to ten co-workers is needed. Co-workers should include the categories of manager, colleagues and direct-reports. We can provide samples of invitations so raters understand the purpose and how the process works.
When everyone has responded to the request for feedback we provide a telephone debriefing designed to help the focal person interpret her/his 360-feedback document or report. Interpretation of the report’s data is a crucial link in the 360-degree feedback process–an action guide is included.
